VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE RESOLUTION
On Canceling Party Affiliation of State Authorities, Establishments and Organizations

(Vidomosti Verkhovnoyi Rady (VVR) 1991, #38, p. 504)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine r e s o l v e s that:

1.  Operation of political party organizations shall be discontinued at all bodies of public authority and administration, law-enforcement bodies, radio and TV organizations, other state establishments, bodies, and organizations.

2.  Employees of the prosecution, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Committee of State Security of Ukraine shall be required to cease their affiliation with any political party or movement. Individuals that do not fulfill this requirement shall be dismissed from the above bodies within ten days upon adoption of this Resolution.

3. The decision on operation of political party organizations at production companies shall be made by working groups of relevant companies and organizations.
