"On Amendment of Some Legislative Acts"

This draft proposes to amend 18 legislative acts in order to bring them in compliance with the Law "On Customs Tariff of Ukraine " adopted in 2001.

It’s foreseen to update terminology of other legislative acts in accordance with the Law "On Customs Tariff of Ukraine". For example, terms "Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System" and "Goods Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity" shall be substituted by the term "Ukrainian Foreign Economic Classification of Goods".

There is a suggestion to detail and define more accurately commodity items. In particular, the above suggestion relates to laws, which establish excise duty rates for transport vehicles, gas, jewelries, beer, alcohol drinks and tobacco products, and import duty rates for cattle, cattle skins, sunflower seeds.

This draft envisages establishing of excise duty rates for some new products, for example bitter nastoyka, code 2103 9030 00.
