"On Amendment of the Articles 41 and 134 of the Labor Code"

This draft proposes to set forth that labor contract may be canceled on the initiative of an enterprise owner (Art.41) if administrator of an enterprise (institution, organization) is guilty of actions, which caused wage arrears or repayment of wages in amounts lower than the minimum wage established by law.

Besides, there is determined one more event of full material liability (Art.134) of administrator before enterprise owner, i. e. when administrator of an enterprise (institution, organization) is guilty of wage arrears covering more than one month provided that such situation has entailed repayment of compensations for violation of wage repayment terms.
