"On Amendment of Some Laws of Ukraine Relating to Taxation of Tobacco Products"

This draft suggests raising excise duty on filter cigarettes manufactured of tobacco or its substitutes of international licensed trademarks, which are not owned by Ukrainian subjects of entrepreneurial activity, from UAH 10 per 1,000 pieces to UAH 30 per 1,000 pieces.

According to this draft cigarette producers and importers shall be exempted from payment of obligatory pension insurance fee.
