“On Amendment of Article 62 of the Law of Ukraine “On Banks and Banking”

The draft suggests adding Article 62 “Procedure for Disclosure of Bank Secrecy” of the Law of Ukraine “On Banks and Banking” with the provision stipulating that information on legal entities and natural persons that contains bank secrecy shall be disclosed by banks to bodies of state executive service against their written requirement relating to execution of decisions issued by courts and other bodies (officials) with regard to accounts of a definite legal entity or natural person being a subject of entrepreneurial activity.
