“On State Registration of Legal Entities and Natural Persons being Subject of Entrepreneurial Activity”

State registrar will carry out state registration of business entities with the executive committee of city/town Rada or with the district state administration, district state administration of the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol.

Section II of the draft is devoted to the State register of business entities.

The draft sets forth the procedure for registration of business entities, recording of their branches and representations, grounds to deny registration, re-registration, and registration with termination of legal entity.

This draft-law determines responsibility for violation of the procedure and terms for holding state registration, disclosure or unauthorized provision of information contained in the State register of business entities.

An applicant is liable for reliability of information contained in documents submitted by him to the state registration bodies.
