“On Amendment of Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On Grounds for Social Protection of Disabled in Ukraine”

This draft defines a new mechanism for computing workplaces quota for employment of disabled. In particular, it is proposed to take as the basis for such computing the difference between the total number of employees and the number of employees involved in works, where due to the technical conditions or medical indices employment of disabled is not possible.

It should be mentioned that current wording of the Law sets forth this quota at 4 percent of the total number of all hired employees.
