“On Amendment of Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On Unified Customs Tariff”

This draft proposes to vest State Customs Service’s duty to fulfill functions of Customs-Tariff Council work body in the Ministry of Economy and European Integration Issues.

We’d like to remind that functions of Customs Tariff Council include elaboration of proposals relating to core directions of Ukraine’s customs-tariff policy, preparation and review of draft legislative acts of Ukraine and international agreements of Ukraine concerning customs-tariff regulation, development of measures to protect Ukrainian market at bringing goods in/outside the customs territory of Ukraine.
