“On Amendment of Some Laws of Ukraine Related to Creation and Functioning of Special (Free) Economic Zones and Establishing Special Regimes of Investment Activity on Priority Development Territories”

This draft envisage introduction of import duty, value added tax and excise duty if goods and other items are brought in the customs territory of Ukraine provided such goods and other items have been fully produced or sufficiently processed on territories of special economic zones “Zakarpattia”, “Azov”, and “Donetsk”.

It is also foreseen to exempt subjects of entrepreneurial activity registered in special economic zones “Zakarpattia”, “Azov” and “Donetsk” from registration as taxpayers of value added tax.
