“On Amendment of the Law of Ukraine “On Facilitating Social Formation and Development of the Youth in Ukraine”

This draft offers to set forth the workplace quota for all legal entities regardless of their ownership form, provided the number of their employees is over 35 persons. According to this draft law the quota will be fixed at 3 percent of the total number of employees for the following categories:

• citizens older 18 who graduated from educational institutions, transferred to reserve from a fixed period military or alternative service;
• orphans who lost their parents before reaching age 28.
