"On Recognizing the Law of Ukraine "On Introduction of Moratorium on Forced Sale of Property" as Invalid"
According to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Introduction of Moratorium on Forced Sale of Property" dated November 29, 2001 there was introduced the moratorium on forced sale of property of state-owned enterprises and business associations where the stake owned by state was not less 25 percent of their authorized funds. This moratorium was supposed to be effective until improvement of the mechanism of forced property sale determined by Ukrainian laws.
This draft suggests recognizing the Law of Ukraine "On Introduction of Moratorium on Forced Sale of Property" as invalid.
