''On Amendment of the Customs Code of Ukraine''

According to the proposed version, the Customs Code of Ukraine is to be added with provisions specifying time limits for customs clearance of goods and exhaustive list of documents needed to clear goods through customs.

In particular, this draft stipulates that the term for full customs clearance of goods shall not exceed two workdays from the moment of submission by declarant of all required documents.

Enactment of this draft law will help to avoid such problem as prolonged delays in customs clearance.
