Draft Law of Ukraine
“On Amendment of the Law of Ukraine “On Rates of Export Duty on Seeds of Some Kinds of Oil Plants”
This draft proposes to cancel export duty on sunflower seeds (code according to the Goods Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity - 120600900). Currently the export duty rate is 17% of the customs value of goods.
