“On Amendment of the Customs Tariff of Ukraine”

This draft provides for alteration of the privileged and full duty rates on plastic dolls, dressed or undressed, that imitate people (code of the Goods Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity 9502 10 1000). Full duty rate will be 20 percent of the customs value of the goods and privileged rate will be 10 percent of the customs value of the goods.

Now privileged duty rate on the above products is EURO 1.5 per item, and full duty rate is EURO 3 per item.

Establishment of ad valorem duty rates complies with requirements set forth by GATT/WTO.
