“On Amendment of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On System of Currency Regulation and Currency Control” and Law of Ukraine “On Application of Settlement Transaction Registers in Trade, Public Catering and Services”

The draft law stipulates that banks and other credit-financial institutions, which have received the relevant license of the National Bank of Ukraine, shall have the right to carry out transactions in exchanging foreign currencies of non-resident natural persons for bank metals.

According to this draft, the Law of Ukraine “On Application of Settlement Transaction Registers in Trade, Public Catering and Services” shall also govern transactions involving bank metals.
