"On Amendment of the Law of Ukraine "On Value Added Tax"

This draft provides for removal from the Law of Ukraine "On Value Added Tax" of the norm stipulating that sales of medicines and medical products, registered in Ukraine in accordance with the procedure established by legislation, including services rendered by pharmacies in selling thereof, shall be exempt from the value added tax.
