"On Amendment of the Law of Ukraine "On Concession for Constructing and Using Motor Roads"

The draft is an alternative to draft law N 2437-1.

The draft suggests providing concession for construction and use of municipal motor bridges.

Currently, concession may be provided only for construction and use of non-municipal motor roads.

The draft, if approved, will permit attracting investments for construction of new municipal motor bridges used by intercity transport. Construction of municipal motor bridges will create new jobs and improve Ukraine's image as a transit country.
