“On Amendment of the Customs Tariff of Ukraine”

This draft provides for changing import duty rates on the following products:

plastic dolls (code of the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (hereinafter - UCGFEA) 9502 10 10 00): privileged rate, now equal to EURO 1.5 per item, will be 10 percent of its customs value; full rate, now equal to Euro 3 per item, will be 20 percent of its customs value;

soft toys (UCGFEA code 9503 41 00 00): privileged rate, now equal to EURO 2 per item, will be 10 percent of its customs value; full rate, now equal to Euro 4 per item, will be 20 percent of its customs value;

plastic toys (UCGFEA code 9503 49 30 00): privileged rate, now equal to EURO 0.3 per item, will be 10 percent of the customs value; full rate, now equal to 0.6 EURO per item, will be 20 percent of the customs value.
