"On Moratorium for Sale, Privatization, Incorporation, Lease or Concession and Other Changes of Ownership Form of State Networks of Gas, Oil and Ammonia Transporting Systems of Ukraine or Their Parts Until 2015"

The draft envisages moratorium for any changes of ownership form of state oil, gas and ammonia transporting systems of Ukraine until 2015.

The draft, if approved, is aimed at preventing privatization of state gas and oil pipelines in the process of creating the international gas consortium for managing and developing Ukraine's gas transporting system.
