"On Amendment of the Law of Ukraine "On Enterprise Profit Tax"

The draft envisages amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Enterprise Profit Tax", according to which it is permitted to include into gross expenditures 100% of the cost of goods (works, services) purchased through or from non-residents having off-shore status. The current wording of the Law stipulates that only 85% of such payments may be included into gross expenditures.

Implementation of the draft's provisions will encourage subjects of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine to cooperate with business entities registered in off-shore zones.
