"On Amendment of the Law of Ukraine "On Property"

The draft aims at a more detailed regulation of the status of state property, which is assigned to state enterprises with the right to full economic management.

According to the draft, state property allocated to state enterprises with the right to full economic management may be collected exclusively on debts of such state enterprises. The above-mentioned property can not be collected on debts of any other subjects, including any state bodies and the state on the whole.

The draft, if approved, will regulate more strictly such institute of the civil law as "the right to full economic management".
