"On Amendment of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Tax Service in Ukraine"

The draft envisages determining within the Law "On the State Tax Service in Ukraine" terms for organizing tax examination of subjects of entrepreneurial activity by bodies of tax service and establishing the list of documents, which ensure the right to perform examinations by bodies of the state tax service.

According to the draft, the term for organizing tax examinations shall not exceed 30 working days. Exceptions are subjects of entrepreneurial activity with the annual aggregate gross incomes totaling or exceeding UAH 20 mln. For them the marginal term for performing tax examinations shall not exceed 60 working days.

The draft is aimed at eliminating possibilities for groundless extension of terms for performing tax examinations of subjects of entrepreneurial activity for more than one month by tax bodies.
