Draft Law of Ukraine
"On Amendment of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2004"
The draft suggests in 2004 exempting from taxation with value added tax transactions on sale of medicinal products registered in Ukraine according to the procedure set forth by the legislation, as well as on rendering services related to such sale by drugstores.
In their turn transactions on sale of products for medical purposes shall be taxed with value added tax in 2004.
